Pranayama Intensive is a 1-week intensive program for anyone who would like to strengthen their lungs and overcome anxiety, exhaustion and feel calm. This workshop is for you to immerse yourself in pranayama practice, even if you are an absolute beginner. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of pranayama, how to do a few stretches that help us breathe deeply, and the benefits of pranayama. Chinmayee will guide you through trauma-sensitive deep relaxation (yoga nidra) in each class. This workshop is perfect if you would like guidance from an experienced teacher and cultivate your own practice in daily life. Each person will receive individual support during this one week and also plenty of on-demand material and class replays to practice on their own. The classes will be conducted on zoom with HD quality and music integration to give a great virtual experience.
