About Chinmayee

I have been teaching yoga and mindfulness for the past 11 years, conducting group classes and workshops in India and Germany.

It is my vision to simplify the practice of yoga, so it is accessible to all! 

After I moved to Germany in 2017, I noticed that the yoga practice taught in the studios was incomplete: the soul of yoga was missing.

It is my endeavour to teach all elements of yoga and a holistic practice for our body, mind and soul. I have developed a style that works very well for our modern lifestyle combining the principles of kriya yoga, avurveda and zen buddhism
