In this session, I guide you through a sequence that is designed to release stress, get prana flowing through your whole body as we flow to Indian fusion music. We end the session with a few gentle stretches and breathwork to keep us calm and focused throughout the day.

Yoga and Pranayama - 7 Day Workshop
Yoga and Pranayama Basics is a 7-day challenge for beginner-level yogis who would like to integrate yoga into their everyday life. In this workshop, we will work on flexibility, strength training with asana, breathing techniques to feel energized and calm.
Plus, some easy guided meditation to develop our focus. I have designed this workshop for modern yogis who want to take care of their mind and body, have maximum impact in a short period of time, and want to feel good after yoga.
