First: Yoga taught in the studios focuses mainly on the body. Most of the yoga classes taught today focus mostly on fitness and flexibility, often lacking depth on topics such as prana, spirituality, and yoga philosophy.

Second: Today, More than ever before, we need tools to work on our minds and how to approach life with a yogic perspective. We need to come back to our true selves and connect with our bodies, breath, and mind.

Our classes follow a simple & wholesome style,
combining principles of
Kriya Yoga, Ayurveda, and Zen Buddhism.
